Some of the best deals are coming from Online Only retailers. I can say that I have joined each of these and they are pretty good.
- One Kings Lane: will host "blowout sales" on Thanksgiving and Black Friday with never-before-seen low prices. It also has created a treasure hunt, planting elephant illustrations around the website which, if found, qualify that shopper to win various prizes.
- Plum District: will offer members a special promo code to get them shopping Thursday, as well as special sales for five days after Thanksgiving.
- Gilt Groupe: mobile exclusive specials starting at 6 A.M. on Friday; price-focused regular sales on Friday and throughout the weekend, in-store certificates to drive traffic to local retailers, ie pay $50 for $100 of merchandise at a local store. Gilt kicks into even higher gear on Cyber Monday, with new sales every three hours.
- Daily deal site LivingSocial will begin offering deals at 5 A.M. Friday, including 50 percent off some national retailers like Skechers and Bluefly.
- Amazon.com has dubbed this Black Friday Deals Week and is already offering deals on its site, with more targeted deals to come on Friday and Monday.
- Totsy will be having 32 special sales events: Brands will include e.l.f. cosmetics, Melissa and Doug toys, Carters footwear, Isabella Rodriguez apparel, and many more. Early birds can also snag infant footwear for under $10, sleepwear for $10, and women’s boots for $15! And keep your credit card handy for the books and toys extravaganza. The Black Friday sale ends on November 27, 2011 at 9pm EST, but as usual at Totsy, most items will be gone long before then.
